8x10 inch Print of original watercolor and ink painting. This piece features the mysterious Bartle Hall Spires, which are locsted in downtown KC. Each spire features a different sculpture at the top. No one is really sure what they are supposed to be, but they are often referred to as "hair curlers". If you know more info, please share!
